How to Report Concerns Regarding Compliance Matters
Lexicon is committed to maintaining a culture of effective corporate compliance by promoting the open communication of concerns relating to compliance by Lexicon and its employees, officers and directors with applicable laws, regulations and Lexicon policies.
Submission of Concerns In order to encourage and facilitate the reporting of good faith concerns regarding Compliance Matters, Lexicon has established a confidential reporting helpline which may be used to report such concerns by means of telephone or website reporting:

The helpline is administered by an independent third party and operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Individuals reporting a concern using the helpline may remain anonymous at their discretion. All concerns reported using the helpline will be promptly forwarded to Lexicon’s designated compliance officer and other appropriate Lexicon personnel in a manner preserving the anonymity of the reporting individual, as applicable. All reported concerns regarding business conduct will be considered seriously by Lexicon.
